As a JungianI coach, I help people connect with their blind spots, to help them make progress against their most mission-critical goals and meet their own potential.
As an MBA from UC Berkeley with executive leadership experience, I have deep experience in business innovation, executive leadership development, and leading change. I have served as a business advisor, startup coach, executive and team leader.
What else am I? A writer. A Reiki Master. A Hoffman grad. A mom, wife and sister. A practitioner of yoga, tai chi and qigong. Above all, I am pure energy, just as you are pure energy. Therein lies our potential.
My Why
I got into this work for the joy and honor of bearing witness to the transformation of others. Once a skeptic of life coaching and a very private person, I am now so passionate about sharing coaching with others. Coaching has accelerated my understanding of myself, and my progress toward my life goals. Because it helped me redirect my energy.
